We are conveniently located in the Austin Avenue Medical Plaza, which is less than a mile from downtown Georgetown, Texas, and within minutes of all major area hospitals. We are just north of Austin, Texas near I-35, SH 130 (Pickle Parkway), and FM 1460.
Our regular office hours are:
- Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 5 pm
- Friday, 8:30 am – 4 pm
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Georgetown Allergy & Sinus Center, and they will contact us.
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to Dr. Scott W. Franklin after our regular hours, please call our office at (512) 869-0604. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your call will be returned promptly.
At Georgetown Allergy & Sinus Center, we not accept insurance.
For the convenience of our self-pay patients, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Please contact us for an allergy drop refill.
Prescriptions and refills for allergy drops are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above) for established patients of Georgetown Allergy & Sinus Center. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.
Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctor may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
